Try paddling standing up! We are excited to show you how much fun you can have on stand up paddleboards. Experience Cayuga Lake from a new vantage point. Stay active and engage your whole body. Learn something fun in a small group setting. Our instructors will teach you all the basics including: stance, paddling technique, turning, and more. 

When Offered Fall, Spring.

Fees Course fee: $255 for instruction/travel. All paddling equipment is included in the course fee.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: recreational swimmer.

Satisfies Requirement Satisfies one PE requirement if taken as PE. First class is required, students can miss one class and still receive PE credit.

Other classes will first meet at Bartels Hall and then travel to Cayuga Lake. Transportation is provided to classes off campus.
    Drop Deadline: Monday, August 26, 2024. Students will be responsible for the course fee and assessed a $50 late drop fee if they do not drop by the deadline.
