Physical training is a key component to any personal development program. Training early and often allows one to get the day's workout out of the way, starting the day focused and relaxed, and increasing discipline throughout the semester. Physical training consists of early morning workouts with Army ROTC Cadets and Instructors, that focus on cardiovascular and muscular development, following a holistic workout to help achieve a strong core and heart. Choosing to enroll and participate in PE 1250 does not mean you signed up for the Army ROTC program.
