Mobility and stability are fundamental components of our daily movement. Whether you are highly active, not active at all, or somewhere in between, this course will teach you about these subtle yet critical details of exercise. Through various mobility and flexibility exercises, you will learn how to tune your muscles for optimal length-tension relationships, while at the same time learning core strengthening exercises to help counter faulty postures from long hours of sitting.
